Citizens Memorial Hospital is a comprehensive rural healthcare system established in 1982. Located in Bolivar, Missouri, CMH serves eight counties in southwest Missouri. CMH is an 86-bed acute care hospital and is a Level III Trauma Center, Level II STEMI Center and Level III Stroke Center.

In addition to hospital services, CMH includes 34 primary care and specialty care physician clinics, rehabilitation services, and ambulance services in four counties. CMH Foundation operates six long-term care facilities, a residential care center, two retail pharmacies, and an array of home care services.

Our expanding health care system is nestled between the Ozark Mountains and beautiful lakes in rural southwest Missouri – the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors and scenic beauty.

CMH is undergoing a major expansion project, adding 117,000 square feet and remodeling 25,000 square feet to create an all-new patient experience with private rooms, the latest medical technology, and the same compassionate, quality care we provide at CMH.
